MDU solicitor

Kirsty qualified in 2009 and initially specialised in healthcare law advising NHS Trusts. She subsequently developed a practice in clinical negligence, acting on behalf of the NHSLA. She joined the MDU in November 2011, assisting members with inquests, disciplinary hearings, clinical negligence claims, GMC investigations, judicial review proceedings and general queries.
