On the record: conversations and evolved consent

Dr Michael Quinn
Consent is too often seen as a transaction rather than a conversation, says Dr Michael Quinn. He believes the process must evolve in the interests of patients and doctors - and that technology can support this transition.

Medicine isn't easy, and you have to make sure patients realise the complexities and go with them on that journey.

It's not just about reducing claims but evolving a consent methodology that is fit for modern practice.
