Sophie Ashley is an education academic foundation trainee at Royal Bolton Hospital in North West England. She recently graduated from the University of Manchester, where she also undertook a Kidney Research UK funded Master of Research in Tissue Engineering for Regenerative Medicine, developing kidney organoids from stem cells. She has an interest in education, having taught English Language in Guangzhou, China and volunteers with REACHE, an organisation based in Salford that teaches international medical graduates.
